Detailed Introduction
product overview
PF(FS)The centrifugal chemical pump with strong corrosion resistance is made of parts that come into contact with the pump body, pump cover, impeller, and the conveying medium, which are all molded or injection molded from polyvinylidene fluoride or reinforced polypropylene. Polyvinylidene fluoride plastic has the characteristics of high mechanical strength and good corrosion resistancemarketOne of the widely used engineering plastics.
PF(FS)The centrifugal chemical pump with strong corrosion resistance can meet the requirements of transportation-50℃~﹢80℃Under temperature conditions, various concentrations of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid, phosphoric acid, chromic acid, oxalic acid, hydrofluoric acid, alkaline solution, organic solvents, oxidants and other chemical media are used as energy-saving pumps for transporting corrosive media without particles in industrial sectors such as chemical, chlor alkali, fertilizer, dye, reagent, pesticide, pharmaceutical, electroplating, and environmental protection.
STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION
PF(FS)The Type series highly corrosion-resistant centrifugal chemical pump is a direct coupled structure, which is connected to the electrode flange by the pump body and bracket. The bracket supports the pump body, and the impeller is directly connected to the motor through a shaft. The characteristics of this series of pumps are simple and compact structure, few parts, and good performance.
The rotation direction of the pump is clockwise when viewed from the suction port towards the motor direction, and the pump outlet is vertically upward.
The sealing of the pump is made of polytetrafluoroethylene(F4)Bellows, external corrosion-resistant mechanical seal.
